A lot of guys want to know how to practice the techniques and concepts I teach. The best way to practice is to find women whose job it is to talk to you. I'm not suggesting visiting the local red light district. What I'm talking about are waitresses, bartenders, hostesses, and cashiers.
These women have to talk to you. It's their job! Practice talking to these women. Practice the body langauge, voice tone, and eye contact concepts when dealing with these women. And remember to have fun and let go of outcome.
Remember, this should be an ongoing thing. You should weave these ideas into your personality so that they are natural. The only way to do this is by practicing. Every day. Don't get lazy on me. You do want to succeed with women don't you?
Always be prepared. Have on nice looking clothes and look your best whenever you leave your house. You don't want to see a great woman and not feel confident enough to approach because you look like a bum.
Also, when initiating a conversation with a woman, try and bust on her a little bit. Make fun of her in a playful way. If a woman is reading a book, say something like "What are you reading about? How to pick up guys?" Pick on her a little and make it fun.
Make it your goal not to pick her up, but to make her smile and laugh. This will reduce the pressure on you and will eliminate "performance anxiety." It's paradoxal, but when you take the pressure off of yourself by letting go of outcome and living in the moment, it increases your chances because it loosens you up. Women will notice your looseness and playfulness and will respond more favorably.
Finally, I want to remind you of having the proper frame. The wrong frame: I'm going to try and impress this girl and show her how great I am. The right frame: I'm going to give this girl a chance to get to know me. If she plays her cards right, she might get lucky.
