Ten conditions for a person to have a heart attack.

Christian Goodman

The reasons why a person does have a heart attack is still unknown. There might be different factors that causes heart attack, and there are also a number of well-known factors from the lifestyle that can lead to this event. Given below is my list of top ten ways that causes heart attack.

10. Smokes. The most harmful factor for our cardiovascular system and especially our heart is smoking. Smoking clogs the arteries and often raises the blood pressure. The risk of a heart attack increases two times than compared to a person who is a non smoker.

9. Drinking too much or even less. Consumption of one drink a day which amounts to about twelve ounces of beer, five of wine or 1.5 of hard liquor does provides protection to your heart, but anything more than that or even less is simply non effective. So, if you drink to much you might be putting your heart in a serious risk because alcohol does raises your blood pressure and do have many negative affects for the human body.

8. Eating vegetable. In order to reduce stress and cholesterol level or heal your body from issues with blood pressure or excess weight you do require to exercise regularly. To remain inactive by not doing exercise is a very good way to increase the chances for a heart attack.

7. Getting angry. Trust me, basically getting angry could raise your chances to have a heart attack, and it is as dangerous as any health related causes. Getting angry for long periods results in the rise of blood pressure and thus can lead you for a heart attack.

6. Not controlling your cholesterol. Consumption of saturated fats, especially trans saturated fats, calories and eating foods which lacks nutrients results in the rise of cholesterol, which increases your chances to have a heart attack.

5. Feeling stress out. Stress is the main reason which often leads for a heart disease, by getting stressed out on a regular basis and for an extensive time could raise your blood pressure and then lead to heart diseases and heart attacks.

4. Lose control of your blood pressure. If your blood pressure gets to be too high, your heart will have to work a lot harder to push blood through, which can cause it to enlarge, which can lead to a serious risk for heart attack later on.

3. Don't take your health serious enough. Simply not spending enough time worrying about your health and wellness can contribute heavily to whether or not you develop heart attack symptoms. It is important that you regularly assess your health and that you pay attention to making healthy choices on a daily basis in order to keep your heart healthy.

2. Exertion. Extensive exertion causes the stress level required to raise your blood pressure and alternatively increases your risk to have a serious heart attack. If you suffer from any other factors of having a heart attack then you should not try to over exert.

1. Not implementing my unique Natural Blood Pressure Program. Even though you follow all the nine topics mentioned above, still there might be the risk for a heart attack. But if you do use and follow my Natural Blood Pressure Program then you can reduce the risk for a heart attack.
