The Ultimate Friendship Test

By: Dan Celentano

Did you ever wonder how loyal your friends really are? Want to find out? Take the ULTIMATE FRIENDSHIP TEST and see for yourself. Here’s how it works:

Hang out with your friends as usual. Mess around, have a good time, do what you do. However, if any of your friends want you to do something that could really mess you up; things like taking drugs, drinking, stealing, skipping class, or whatever, do the right thing instead. Don’t walk away from their friendship or anything like that. Just do the right thing instead. Give them some reason why you don’t want to do it and tell them you’ll call them later.

After two weeks of doing this, look around. Who’s left? Who’s still hanging out with you? Who still calls you and stays in touch with you? Whoever they may be, they are people who hang out with you because they have more respect for you as a person than for anything else. Keep these people because they’re good friends to have around.

This test is kind of like the anti-drug commercial you see on T.V. On it you see a crowd of about 20 teenagers just hanging around. The announcer gets on and says, “these are your friends.” Suddenly 10 or so “friends” vanish. Of the ones that are left the man says, “these are your friends who will help you with your school work.”. A few more vanish and the man says, “these are your friends who will lend you money.” Eventually, there is only one person left. The man then says, “these are your friends who will help you with your problems and who will stay with you when you go through hard times.”

This commercial is the ULTIMATE FRIENDSHIP TEST in action Of course you may have more than one friend left, but you get the idea.

No matter how you look at this test; whether you think it’s dumb, old fashioned or you’re too scared to try it because you’re afraid of what you might find out, the bottom line will never change when it comes to friendship. That is: RESPECT and TRUE FRIENDSHIP are INSEPARABLE. Some people will learn this the easy way, some the hard way. Everyone, however, will learn it sooner or later.

The ULTIMATE FRIENDSHIP TEST is also a great teat to try when your girl or boyfriend wants to have sex with you. Does your date love you for you, or for what you do in bed. Take the test and find out.
