This kind of communication enables the client to speak with his/her personal coach face-to-face. Even though email, phone calls and text messages prove to be beneficial for those who hardly find time for direct communication, the best choice left for any personal coach to get all the knowledge about his client would be to meet the client and talk to him/her face-to-face.
