Madrid is definitely a sightseers dream as well as heaven for art lovers. Goya is not the only paintings you will see here. Dozens of sculptures and paintings adorn the walls. You will get to view work by Maella, Cano and Zurbarn as well as some Bellver and Benlliure sculpting works.

You will find paintings and items that date as far back as the 16th century, even though the church wasn't built until the 18th century. One example is old Gothic choir stalls for Segovia. Many will feel they are entering and sightseeing an art museum, but this is also a cathedral that is still very much in use.
