Do you have puffy eyes caused by aging, smoking, stress, drinking or just about anything else? Not to worry - there is help and it's free! The 4 remedies listed below are free and easy to do and will go a long way in diminishing your puffy eyes.

1. Black or green tea. Caffeinated teas help to constrict blood vessels and reduce swelling (due to aging, smoking, stress, etc), while herb teas (especially chamomile) contain important anti-irritants that will soothe and reduce those puffy eyes of yours.

Directions: Steep 2 bags of your choice of tea in hot water for 4-5 minutes. Let cool until the bags are comfortably warm to the touch. Lie down, close your eyes, and place a tea bag over each eye; then cover with a soft cloth. During hot months, put the cooked tea bags in the refrigerator and apply to eyes when needed for a refreshing, de-puffing experience.

2. Spoons. If you're in need of an ultra-quick reduction of your puffy eyes, tea spoons, believe it or not, work amazingly.

Directions: Place four to six spoons in the refrigerator. Lie down, close your eyes, and place a spoon on both eyes. As the spoons warm, replace them with cold ones from the fridge.

3. Cucumber. This is perhaps the best-known remedy, known by supermodels as a sure-fire and super-quick way to reduce puffiness right before a photo-shoot. The cucumber's contracting qualities cause your blood vessels to constrict, quickly and dramatically reducing puffy eyes.

Directions: Lie down, close your eyes and place a thin slice on each eye. Relax for five to ten minutes while the cucumbers cure your puffiness.

4. Egg white. Here is a real souffl for your face with incredible age-defying benefits. This one's also great for reducing crow's feet.

Directions: Beat one egg white until stiff. Apply with a brush or soft cloth around eye areas (inner and outer) as well as along your cheekbones. Leave on for ten minutes. Wash off by spaying the egg white with water, then use use cold water on a cotton ball or washcloth to remove.
