What's The Best Way To Win Back Your Ex?

There is a ton advice available for the broken hearted lover who wants desperately to get their ex back. And a lot of it is excellent, well intentioned advice.
But there is one common theme that you'll find running through almost every effective method, tip or strategy. It's the concept of self love. The basic premise is this, if you don't like yourself, how can you expect someone else to like you either?
Now it's no surprise that low self esteem and lack of self love is almost endemic, and the reasons for this are too numerous to go into here.
But no matter how hard it is to come to a place of really liking yourself, it's the best thing you can work on if you are serious about wanting to get your ex back. Many of the common relationship break up mistakes that people make are because of desperation and neediness, two classic examples of the lack of a healthy self esteem and sense of self.
Now this does not mean that you can't change other things that you perceive will make you more attractive to your ex, but these should be things you would want to change anyway, to be a better you and not just to try and influence someone else's opinion of you.
After all, you have to live with yourself for the rest of your life, whether you are in a relationship or not. So the most important part of your strategy right now if you want to get your ex back is to not only look at where the relationship went wrong, but take a look at whether you are really OK enough with yourself to be in a healthy relationship in the first place.
If you start working on self acceptance and getting a healthy sense of love and respect for yourself not only will you become a confident, happier person, but it will make you much more attractive to your ex girlfriend, boyfriend, wife or husband also. Then it will be time to put some SMARTER strategies in to play to help you get back together with your lost love.
