Having computers is a huge role in a country's ability to survive. Children who have access to a computer, either in their home or school, have a lot better change to having a better future. They will be able learn and continue to learn and be able to make a more positive future for themselves.
Although a country like Spain may not have the same severity with these issues as a country like Africa, they could still (like most other countries of similar development) stand to improve in the area of computer availability.
