Throughout the world there are many countries that are struggling to survive. They have been this way for such a long time that the people in these countries expect their lives to continue on forever in this horrible way of living.

Having computers is a huge role in a country's ability to survive. Children who have access to a computer, either in their home or school, have a lot better change to having a better future. They will be able learn and continue to learn and be able to make a more positive future for themselves.

Although a country like Spain may not have the same severity with these issues as a country like Africa, they could still (like most other countries of similar development) stand to improve in the area of computer availability. Most countries have at least some areas that struggle in the area of having the needed technology for their young students, whereas it may be available just a few hundred miles away.

The United States has a high ratio of computers in the home, in fact higher than any other country in the world. Spain, like a lot of other countries, does not benefit from this amenity. This is a growing problem, almost to the point where it cannot be fixed.

Some computer companies have tried to help countries that are not able to help themselves. They are making computer that are more affordable, thus many countries are able to put more computers in more homes and school. This is really helping struggling countries to survive.

I'm sure you're familiar with the old adage, "give a man a fish, you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime." Well, helping these countries become more developed with a greater computer presence is doing just that, teaching them to fish.

If you have the right tools for the right job, it makes the job easy. Making a computer available to a child will give them the tools they need to create a better future for themselves.

There is a plethora of knowledge to be obtained on the Internet, and people should be given the opportunity to receive this information.

More Information:

Having a computer is beneficial when wanting to gain an education. Providing pcs to countries who are besieged is a perfect way to provide them with an education so that they will be able to create a brighter future for themselves.
