When you play some type of sport that has physical aspects to the event, you will end up with some sort of sport injury. However, what is the most common sports injuries that you can get from any sport? Well, let us give you some facts to get your head into the game.

You will find it all depends on the type of sport you play that depends on the injury you could get. The common knee problems can be the first signs of track and field or even basketball. The constant jumping in a sport can hurt the knee area and over use the joint that makes it sore. Soreness isn't an injury, but can lead to a pulled muscle and other problems later on down the road.

Knee's are not the only type of injury you can get when it comes to sport injuries. The twisted ankle is the most common type of injury you will get in any sport. Almost any sport deals with running, so you will have your chances of getting some type of ankle injury. During certain sports, you could accidentally move the ankle the wrong way.

Another common sport injury would be the hamstring. The hamstring is a common muscle for most runners and can be easily pulled during running events.

Running deals with constant pulling and pushing of muscles and the hamstring is one of the most important muscles that's used in running. The injury can be simple to fix, but it can still be a big pain.

These are some of the most common sport injuries you need to think about, however sometimes it's hard avoiding them. Just remember that safety should always be the key when you are playing any sport.
