Be careful when you are looking for leads from companies that claim to provide sound leads to their clients. If they are getting their leads from the Internet it is most likely because they are just grabbing emails from some lame site that mentions insurance on it somewhere and then they are trying to call them leads. Those are not leads and will not convert into sales any higher than cold calling. You need to make sure the leads are of real value before you pay that company for thousands of them. Take a few samples and see what you are dealing with before making any big decisions.
Quality life insurance leads are out there and you can find them, but you have to know what to look for in these companies that provide the service. There are certain things to look for and some of these things might seem pretty obvious and other traits, not so much.
Every lead should come with plenty of information. You don't just want information for the sake of having it, you want good quality information that will help you in your decision. I can't stress enough the importance of making sure each lead is exclusive.
Just because a company seems to have life insurance leads and that their leads seem to contain some wealth of information does not necessarily mean that the company is doing their homework.
There are companies that generate fake leads for people that aren't eligible for life insurance, which would not benefit you at all. You have to do your own research to determine if a company is legit.
The more detailed the generation, the better when dealing with lead generation companies.
The more detail, the better when it comes to your leads. You can't just assume that an address will do. Make sure you get their email and phone number too.
