There are a few significant questions that have a propensity to turn up during almost every career interview. These questions are really rough to tackle since there is no typical way to respond to such questions and every company demands a response in his own exclusive style. These questions are of huge significance as a lot depends on them as far as your recruitment is concerned. You can arrange yourself for such questions well in advance and tackle them properly.

1. Tell me something about yourself? This is one of the most frequently asked interview questions that can really prove to be a tough one for you. Your answer should be truly focused and decisive. Depending upon the years of knowledge that you have, you need to have a precise answer in your mind. Just give them a reply that includes information about where you grew up, where you went for training and other applicable information. Just expand a 60 second biographic rough draft emphasizing on outline of skills, undertakings and welfare.

2. Why do you want to leave your current job? While answering this query just be constructive. The paramount way to answer this question is to stay optimistic and converse about your wish for expansion opportunities. This will send a message that you are a practical employee who enjoys everyday jobs and a lot of challenges.

3. Where do you see yourself in five years from now? This is one of the most complicated and traumatic question. This question is principally asked because the recruiters are looking for employees who know what they want to achieve and are alert towards their work. If you do not possess any job objective, you would surely have a hard time tackling this question. Generate a response that impresses the employer.

4. What is your biggest weakness? This is a very tricky question and is asked in most of the job interviews. The employers are interested to know how you overcome your fears and weaknesses. Tell them about a practical weakness that you have and how you are trying to overcome it.
