Even before you begin your path to relief, you should know the reason why they're there in the first place. It could have been something you changed in your own lifestyle that caused this new irritation, and just removing this part of your life could do the trick.
Keep in mind though those hemorrhoids can be caused by simple problems when going to the bathroom. Whether it's constipation or diarrhea, both contribute issues. We could sit here and stress about keeping your circulation flowing with enough exercise, but we know only about 10% of you would take that route. However, it's the changes in your diet that will offer the most positive results out there. This could mean eating more fiber throughout the day to soften the stool and make it easier to pass.
Looking at the Hemorrhoid Treatments
Most people associate hemorrhoid issues with treatments like Preparation H, but there are natural remedies available. One of the most popular is the "sitz bath," which involves sitting in three or four inches of warm water to reduce the swelling. Aloe Vera is also an alternative to chemicals and is known to help with several forms of skin conditions. Then of course it seems like witch hazel goes with everything.
If those sound uncomfortable, we always recommend Apple Cider Vinegar. Granted, if you don't use the proper amounts it's going to burn like crazy. Try diluting it in water a bit to calm the intense feeling. Simply use a cotton ball or q-tip to do the work. ACV will not only cleanse the area, but it will work from the inside out and help remove your hemorrhoid issue.
Above all else, get that fiber in your system. It will allow the digestive tract to get healthy again and work the way it was meant to all along. We also recommend adding water to your diet. Granted, there are a lot of people who aren't big on water, but it will help flush the system properly. Then of course stay away from too many processed foods.
