The Ford Expedition is a wonderful SUV. I actually own one myself and wouldn't trade it for anything. I have driven vans, cars and a truck and now that I have my Ford Expedition I wouldn't trade it for anything else. This sport utility vehicle has definitely changed my life and the way my kids ride. We purchased our 2006 Ford Expedition approximately 6 months ago now. It had 63, 000 miles on it and the price was very affordable for all the features that it came with. We only paid $15, 000 thousand dollars for it. Let me tell you it was well worth it.
The new 2010 Ford Expeditions start at around $35, 000 thousand dollars and can go as high as $54, 000 depending on the features that you would like. Most of the Ford Expeditions already come equipped with AM/FM radio with CD player, air conditioner, power windows, power door locks, tilt steering wheel, cruise, automatic transmission, roof rack and 3rd row seats which seats 9 passengers comfortably.
Most Ford Expeditions come standard with 3rd row seating which seats 9 passengers comfortably. We have a family of 7 and it is nice to all load up and still have room to carry extra people. It is nice to be able to go to the grocery store or on vacation and not be crammed in and still have room.
I have been very impressed with the Ford Expedition it drives smooth, handles well and even can tow a pontoon boat with no problems. Our Expedition had a tow package on it so we are able to hook our pontoon up and take it anywhere.
Even with the large size of the Ford Expedition the gas mileage has been pretty well if you drive a lot of highway miles. In my van it costs me approximately 35-40 dollars to fill up which is the same as in the Expedition. There is about a few dollar differences but overall about the same.
All Ford Expeditions comes with 4 doors so that you have easy access to climbing in and out. The Ford Expedition also has a sporty look because with all the features they also come with running boards which make climbing into the Ford Expedition easy.
I would definitely recommend the Ford Expedition to everyone. It has four doors so no one is climbing over anyone's lap you can get in with ease and still have plenty of room. The Ford Expedition is well worth its price tag.
