1. Get a lot of good sleep.
2. Get regular, light exercise. Walking is perfect.
3. Eat better food! You know what to do. Cut down on sugar.
4. Lower your intake of caffeine or stop it altogether. Caffeine makes you nervous.
5. Alcohol in moderation or stop using it at all.
