When a customer makes a purchase this feature will offer them a discount rate on an item that will complement their purchase.

There are several payment gateways that plug into shopping cart packages. Make sure to review the service supported by the shopping cart package. You will need to make sure that your bank and the payment gateway will be compatible with your shopping cart package before you make this purchase. If you choose a package that does not support your bank then you can not receive money.

PayPal is an excellent choose. You will get basic shopping cart functions and a payment gateway with a merchant account. The money will be paid by check or even direct deposit. PayPal only charges a small percentage per sale and there are no fees to pay monthly or for setup. Fraud protection is important and with PayPal you will have it and it is free.

There are several different online shopping cart software packages for you to choose from. Take time to do research and choose the package that will work for you. The right package will in effect make your site or break your site. Be careful when choosing. Know what you need before searching for your package.
