As we age, we all wished to feel more youthful and young again and our only solution is with beauty products. You might think that they are expensive but they really aren't if you know where to go.
The local pharmacy or department store often has substantial reductions on health and beauty aids during store wide sales. When this happens, buy in bulk, but make sure the products have a long shelf life and that you store them properly.
Grocery chains are also starting to carry health and beauty products and they are always less expensive so check there first to see if the brand you are using is being sold there.
Less manpower means more savings. The online stores have much less overhead so you can shop there with the confidence that you will be saving lots.
With bulk containers though, try to find whatever you need in Costco because they really have better prices than everyone else. If it's sold there, you really can't go wrong buying from them.
Shopping clubs for beauty products are great, because they usually know which brands are of quality and can get you a reduced price because of their bulk purchases.
Sometimes, you will see an alternative from a deep discount store that's super cheap. Remember to research it because it could really be inferior.
Use alternatives whenever possible. For example, you can even use baking soda as a toothpaste, or mix it with water to use it as a deodorant. It's much cheaper.
Coupons and sales work well here too. They may not show up often but the savings and discounts are usually pretty big when it happens.
Sometimes, the easiest way to save is to use less. Just because you bought a huge bottle doesn't mean that you should be using a ton of lotion every minute of the day.
