He cheated on you and you're very angry with your husband, but you at the same time you are willing to go after the other woman also. You have a lot of questions hanging around in your mind and you want them answered but not sure if he can or willing to give. You have this belief that in talking with the other woman some closure will be reached at and that you will be able to save your marriage.
On second thought, take a few minutes and really think hard if that is what you really wanted to do, before you go and confront the other woman. The following are few reasons you may want to check before taking up that bold step.
1) She actually has no knowledge about you. There are instances when the other woman is as shocked as you are when she knew about you. She may be a complete innocent in this - a victim as such as you have been by your husband's cheating. Yes, you would not actually feel any sympathy for her but you are far better person than that and you'll feel a little better about yourself by not adding salt in an open wounds of another person.
2) You're not actually interested on what she has to say. When she actually know about you it is likely that your husband has told her something that kept her "on the hook." A lot of women if not all do not like to share their men and of course you don't have any idea of how many true, half-true and all the way untrue stories your husband had told her. But what really ticks is that whatever exaggerations he may have shared there is a vein of truth which is enough to cause you more pain in just hearing them from her lips than it is worth.
3) There's no need for you to get her approval. Actually you don't. There is no necessity for the other woman to validate you. You must never seek the same from her. For one she is not likely to give it. Also, she's not the right person for you to seek approval from. She's a cheap substitute and who will never give you the closure and absolution you are looking for as in this case may be.
4) She doesn't have the answers to your questions. You have plenty of questions but she's not the one who can give them. She's also not the person you need to hear those answers from. Don't waste your time trying to get some sort of comfort from paying her a visit when the person you want answers from is right in front of you.
