How To Increase Your Cellular Health For A Longer Life

The cell is one of the most basic units of your body. Thus, keeping your cells healthy will keep the rest of your body healthy.

The main issue here, however, is that a lot of modern behaviors are absolutely horrible for optimal cellular health. In essence, you are living in a more toxic society that stresses your cells at every level.

Thus, without further ado, here are 4 tips for making your cells healthier:

1. Take some aspirin: Inflammation is a leading cause of poor cellular health. And taking some aspirin is an extremely quick way to reduce said inflammation. The best part is that it's so easy to take. Just make sure you have a tall glass of water with your aspirin to prevent any stomach issues.

2. Take vitamin D: Vitamin D is so powerful that some academics refer to it as a hormone. You see, vitamin D does a great job at blunting the proliferation of diseased cells. Unfortunately, most people do not get enough vitamin D. So make sure you either get more sunshine or take it in supplemental form.

3. Have some healthy fat: As you probably already know, not all fats are created equal. In fact, some fats do a much better job at reducing inflammation. One said fat is monounsaturated fat which is mostly found in olive oil. So make sure you start putting copious amounts of olive oil on your salads.

4. Have some green tea: Green tea truly is a wonder drink. Not only does it give the same mental alertness as coffee, but it's also loaded with anti oxidants. The key here it have it in its purest form, loose leaf. The loose leaf version will have the highest amount of inflammation fighting anti oxidants.

Don't think you are doomed because of subpar genetics or a subpar environment. No matter how toxic your living situation, your behaviors will have the most control over your health.

So make sure you take action on this information sooner rather than later. After all, later usually never comes!
