Like it or not, you must give your buyers a hassle free method to return products and receive an expeditious refund. If you sell digital products, it is obvious that your buyers cannot return what they have purchased. Nonetheless, you still must have a refund policy in place. The truth is that digital product buyers are more apt to purchase the product if they know that they have recourse should the product not be what they had expected. Just make the time parameters within which the return must be made clear and specific.
There are ways to earn money online even if you do not have the means to market your product, operate customer service, accept payment, and issue refunds. If you have a digital product, and do not want to deal with these hassles, you can simply join an affiliate network.
