There are many great benefits to getting a good aerobic exercise in every day, especially in the morning! If you choose to work out in the morning, you will find that you are less likely to need coffee to get your day started, aerobic exercises will get your endorphins going that will make you feel great about yourself! Aerobics is rhythmic exercises that work certain muscles over and over again and will get your heart pumping. Most people choose to start working out by simply jogging or running. This is a great form of aerobic exercise because it doesn't require any machines or equipment; you can turn up the tunes on your iPod and hit the ground running! Or, if you prefer, hit the treadmill instead.

Cycling is also a great way to get your aerobic workout, especially if your commute is close enough that you can cycle there! If not, cycling is a ton of fun and can be done indoors as well. There are many great machines on the market today that can make your workout even more fun and can help you keep your pace and monitor your heart rate at the same time!
These are just two great ways to get your aerobic workout whether it's in the morning or afternoon. These two ways are fun, set to your own pace and are easy to do with the right equipment! Remember, an early morning workout routine can replace that cup of coffee so try cycling or step aerobics first thing!
