Staffing Third duty of an entrepreneur is staffing this is because that the burden is not gone onto one person. By staffing the work is done properly and there is no chance for the organization to be in loss so the entrepreneur has to staff the people so that an organization do the work properly. 4. Controlling This includes direction, improving and training of employees. To achieve good controlling an entrepreneur should put in order the plans. Entrepreneur should have full control over its production its inventory and quality etc. Except of all it an entrepreneur should be good communicator .he should convey message in clear, correct and complete so that everybody can understand it.
