Nature's Solutions For Your Skin Problem

By: Martha Fitzharris

The face is a part of the body that every one desires to keep as its best, because it's the most visible part of our body. So, if this important part becomes disfigured, an emotional reaction occurs. That is why people are so conscious whenever they have any spots on their face. It makes them feel less confident on the way they deal with people because of the affected self esteem that these marks could bring.

An example of an upsetting skin disorder is Acne. It's a common chronic disorder of the sebaceous glands present on the skin, characterized by the presence of blackheads, whiteheads, pustules, nodules, and cysts. It occurs predominantly on the face, chest, back, and upper arms.

This skin problem could appear between the ages of 12 and 30 but usually becomes more marked during adolescence, maybe it's because at this age certain endocrine glands of the body are at their peak of activity, which influences the quantity of the secretions of the sebaceous glands.

Some factors that would worsen acne condition may be periods of emotional stress, premenstrual phase and when diet contains an excess of fats. Consequently, treatments are needed in order to prevent follicular obstruction, reduce inflammation, combat secondary infection, and eliminate factors that may predispose to acne.

There are many ways on how to treat acne, some of which are available in the market, but the fact is that too many chemicals are involved in most acne treatment and not all these products has the effectiveness they claim.

Today, people had come to realize the importance of natural acne medications. More and more people are opting for the natural way of treating acne because it has lesser side effects. Plus, many people find it more affordable and at the same time effective, compared to the commercial acne medications.

Natural is Beautiful

One of the best things about natural acne medications is that it functions the same way as the commercial acne medications, but cheaper. This is why more people are looking for these solutions, as an alternative way for those who cannot afford the expensive treatments.

Generally, these natural acne medications contain natural ingredients and biological substances such as tea tree oil, green tea extract, Vitamin E, rapeseed oil, Aloe vera, and some of the essential oils, which had long been proven to act upon any blemishes on the skin.

Take for example the green tea extract. It is considered as an antioxidant, which has been proven to reduce the effects of the harmful chemicals and pollutants that damage the skin. Because of its Polyphenols component, a certain genre from the Bioflavonoid family, it was found out that it has high anti-oxidant assets, which experts find it higher than what the vitamin E has. It is also known to be an efficient anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial agent, which is the main component needed in the treatment of acne problems.

The Prevention

People should start using natural acne medications today, instead of the commercialized and expensive treatments, because the more complex the treatment the more you will have difficulty in treating acne.

Experts further contend that complex solutions and multifaceted medications are more susceptible in worsening the problem. This is because too many chemicals in the skin tend to over manipulate the skin, thereby, causing more clogged pores.

So, for better acne treatment, it is best to look for the natural acne medications that will not only help you enhance your appearance but are also bio-friendly in the environment. As they say, "the real beauty is natural beauty".
